| THE FARM |
Located on the beautiful Gulf Coast of
Mississippi, the farm encompasses a total of
30 acres. Mostly made up of good quality
pasture land, it also includes a pond, fresh
running creek, and several acres of woods
(wonderful to ride in!). The pastures are well
maintained, regularly mowed and fertilized.
The soil is a lovely sandy loam, with NO
ROCKS, perfect footing for any type of riding.
The new barn has MD stalls, with rubber
mats, is well lit, and very well ventilated. The
tack room is super deluxe with sink, AC, and
washer/dryer.
The arena is huge 200 x 400, with plans to
put in a regulation 20 X 60 meter dressage
ring at the far end soon. A full set of jumps
(wing standards, lots of different elements) is
terrific asset for starting youngsters over
fences, as well as schooling the more finished
animals.

With easy access to I-10, travel to shows is no problem. Both Florida and
Texas are less than a day's drive. Georgia is 5 hours ,Tulsa, OK. is 12 hours,
and most east coast shows around 15 hrs.
Louisiana State University Veterinary Hospital is 3 hours away, offering state
of the art medical care. Several local veterinarians , all close by, are available
for routine veterinary care.
