The Farm
Located on the beautiful Gulf Coast of
Mississippi, the farm encompasses  a total of 20
acres, mostly  good quality pasture land.   The
pastures are well maintained, regularly mowed
and fertilized.  The soil is a lovely sandy loam,
with NO ROCKS, perfect footing for any type of
riding.
The barn has MD stalls, with rubber mats, is
well lit, and very well ventilated.  The tack
room is super deluxe with sink,air conditioner,
and washer/dryer.
The grass arena is 200 x 400, with plans to put
in a regulation 20 X 60 meter dressage ring at
the far end soon.  A full set of jumps with wing
standards,and lots of different elements,  is
wonderful for starting youngsters over fences,
as well as schooling  more finished animals.
With easy access to I-10, travel to shows is no problem. Both Florida and
Texas are less than a day's drive.  Georgia is 5 hours ,Tulsa, OK. is 14 hours,
and  most east coast shows around 15 hrs.
Louisiana State University Veterinary Hospital is 3 hours away, offering state
of the art medical care. Several local veterinarians , all close by, are available
for routine veterinary care.
